When I started shopping for a UTV, Wade Page was the first person I talked to. I shopped around talked to Mutiple dealers in Mutiple states. It took me 3 weeks to figure out which UTV I wanted. In that 3 week period, I kept in contact with Wade and other dealers throughout the process. Wade Page always kept in contact with me throughout the whole process; our conversations were brief and to the point. I could have easily bought from another Brinson Powersport location that was closer to my house, but Wade Page earned my business. I had a great experience overall

We purchased a Ranger 570, we were told that the first oil change was free! Much to my surprise I was given an invoice for $119.45. This was bull, I will never shop at the Athens location for ANYTHING

Bought a new Razor High Lifter from Broadway cycle and it had a factory defective clutch. Broadway worked on my brand new Razor for a month and a half without resolve. Polaris customer service suggested I take it to Brinson and have them fix it. Best decision I ever made. They tore it down identified the issue and called Polaris the part was back ordered from Polaris for 2 weeks so they called another source found the clutch and had it shipped in next day. These guys understand customer service and are a top rate repair facility. I will never go to Broadway ever again and my only regret is I didn't buy originally from them. Last night got a call from Otto (he promised a call back same day) and he informed me my Razor was fixed and ready to be picked up. This team in your service department are the best I have ever experienced in my life keep up the great work and I will always go to Brinson on all future purchases.
